Scope of work: 3D visualization, Developments, Quantity Surveying
Size: Seventeen housing units.
As part of the job to assist the main architecture practice for this job, a full 3D modelling of the whole development site and housing units which was used during the design stages of the project was put together, with the final generation of CGI images.
Also, the full Bill of Quantities for the seventeen houses was carried out.
