West Coast Architecture was established in Newquay at the end of 2018 by Antonio Sanchez (Architect) and Pablo Ramos (Architectural Technician and Quantity Surveyor). After working together for a year in several eco-friendly self-build projects this is the natural step for two good friends, who have decided to join forces, using our wide variety of skills and knowledge to create a top architectural practice.
We specialise in bespoke residential projects, working together with our clients from the first concept ideas, through the planning process up to the generation of full technical designs so the project can be built.
We consider the personal relationship with our clients the key for a successful design process, always willing to work together with our clients, from private self-builders that wish to build their own extension or new build, to developers looking for a full technical design for their projects. We believe in that every single project is different and requires a different approach.
Between us we have ten years of experience in the architecture and building sector in Cornwall. This has given us a wide knowledge and helped us to create a strong working network with leading Constructors, Quantity Surveyors, Developers, Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers and Builders.
