Scope of work: Concept Design, Developed Design
This family based in Porthtowan had a clear vision: they needed to extend their single storey house so that they could increase their living space, as their family kept growing bigger! The project consisted in the demolition of the garage block, which was not being used as such, and extend the property this way, gaining a slightly bigger footprint as well as a loft space which would be used as a home office.
Planning Permission was granted with the help of Evans Planning, at https://www.evansplanning.co.uk/, and the extension is currently being built as a self-build project.
