Scope of work: Technical Design, 3D Visualization

A full Building Regulation set of drawings was generated for this project, as well as the technical design as a full set of construction drawing, to assist the construction of this rental home in St Agnes.
This was carried out together with a full 3D modelling of the house, so the clients could see what and how was going to be built, and with the help of CGI images they could visualize what the final appearance of the house would be.
